Reseach Of Low-Carbon Student Apartment Building

With the coming of the era of low carbon, low carbon economy becomes the important direction of social and economic development gradually, low carbon concept has also received more and more recognition, if universities who gradually toward the social center should be responsible for low carbon, or how to take responsibility of low carbon is becoming more and more attention by the society. Especially in 1999, after China’s popularization of higher education, University’s enrollment has been expanding, then, the problem of high energy consumption, high carbonization which followed with the student apartment intensive construction and management is highlighted. In order to promote low carbon campus construction, how to realize the student apartments from high to low carbon becomes an important topic. Based on the review of reality, academia has already started to research campus energy-saving emission reduction, low carbon campus construction, most of the existing research is focused on the concept of low carbon, the dormitory management mode, or the design and development of low carbon project, but has not yet to research the relevance of low carbon management and apartment management systematically, especially take the low carbon apartment as the research object. So it’s just the fundamental purpose of this subject.This paper systematically analysis and put forward the connotation of low carbon apartment, differentiate the correlation and the connotation of the low carbon apartment and it’s relevant concepts, and then put forward the principles and ideas of building the low carbon apartment index system, design the low carbon apartment building index system, containing low carbon buildings, ecological environment, public facilities, lifestyle, low carbon management. According to the factors of index system and the actual survey, this paper takes an initial evaluation of low carbon apartment construction projects, finally, from the perspective of optimization, this paper put forward five optimization ideas:such as equipment, technology innovation, management mechanism, culture cultivation and staff quality promotion.The study used questionnaire randomly to understand 500 college students’ awareness of low carbon and way of life, and according to the analytic hierarchy process, the study designed the low carbon apartment building index system, and in combination with the practice of "Zhejiang university of technology", the low carbon apartment building index system was evaluated analysis. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) Building the low carbon apartment is not only the inevitable choice of economic and social development trend and conservation-minded society creation, it is also the important means of low carbon campus construction and college students low carbon behavior developing. (2) The core of "low carbon apartment " is low carbonization of the apartment, it not only refers to "low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions" of the apartment buildings and it’s affiliated environment, also refers to the practice of college students’low carbon lifestyle and apartment management comply with the requirement of low carbon etc. (3) The standard of "low carbon apartment "point to the green student life area, which have the "software" and "hardware" facilities conform to the certain requirements of low carbon, a set of perfect low carbon management system, and a mechanism for college students to participate in. (4) The low carbon apartment building index system is divided into "low carbon buildings, ecological environment, public facilities, lifestyle, low carbon management" five subsystems. (5) To promote low-carbon apartment building, universities should be adopted measures such as low carbon design and construction, strengthen the management of low carbon, development of low carbon technologies, the implementation of low carbon education, the concept of low carbon propaganda etc.The last, this paper also puts forward the optimization design of the construction of the low carbon apartment, and points out the deficiency of the research at present and the future research of the specific direction.
