Methodological Study Of Analysing The Building Space Utilisation In Urban General Hospital

The medical service system will develop with the development of the social economic life forever,and the huge pressure of reform follows like a shadow.The place where medical services take place,hospital architecture,is often hard to keep up with the pace of change because of resource constraints.At present,China is faced with the huge gap between medical demand and resources,the imbalance between urban and rural medical resources,and the lack of effective design and operation guidance tools throughout the life cycle of hospital buildings In the face of changes in the hospital building or medical service system difficult to cope with,make resources more and more tight,or blind expansion,resulting in waste.Hospital architecture has become one of the most complex and special architecture types in civil architecture because of its complex and highly specialized composition system.This research aims at the complexity and particularity of hospital architecture,through studying the time design theory and the development trend of medical service system,seeking for the contradiction between space design and space use in the whole life cycle of hospital building and the way to solve it,to help the designers,managers and decision-makers to find the appropriate position and countermeasures to alleviate the pressure of the use of hospital buildings and avoid the waste of resources in the renewal process.This thesis mainly focuses on the difficulties faced by the out-patient and emergency department of the general hospital of Beijing Municipal Hospitals,referring to the design method and management strategy of the well-run hospital building case research on the methods of space utilisation of urban general hospitals.At the same time,it tries to analyse the contradictions in the use of hospital buildings and the ways to solve them.According to the developed spatial evaluation and hospital evaluation tools,to explore the method of generating evaluation tools for the utilization of hospital building space.
