In recent years,with the rapid economic growth,energy plays an important role in the creation of human wealth.However,the lack of energy and irreversibility lead to the gradual consumption of energy.At the same time,people's frequent activities and the heavy use of energy cause the global climate to continue.Changes have led to a series of climate problems.In order to alleviate the climatic factors and trigger more serious social contradictions,all countries in the world have made great efforts to this end.They have introduced and implemented a series of energy conservation and environmental protection measures including green economy,new energy,and remanufacturing,and actively researched and developed new energy vehicles.Line up products,and constantly improve consumer environmental awareness,guide consumers' energy-saving emission reduction preferences,help companies increase the proportion of new energy vehicles,and strengthen the "responsibility for energy-saving emission reduction." Not only have governments in the world made positive contributions to this,but companies around the world have also actively participated in the research on energy conservation and emission reduction.At present,many automobile manufacturers including BYD,Dongfeng and Geely have actively invested in the development and research of new energy vehicles.Major enterprises have done a lot of meaningful work in promoting the road to energy conservation and environmental protection in the world.In the context of new energy,studying the pricing and subsidy strategy of the automobile supply chain will play a positive role in promoting the development of new energy vehicles in China and the world,as well as the rational pricing and government subsidy mechanism for the enterprises in the automotive supply chain.The implementation provided a reference suggestion.In this paper,the current existing literature data is summarized and summarized,and the corresponding calculation model is created.The game theory classic model and operations research are used reasonably,and comparative analysis and conclusion verification are carried out.The two parts of the study,the first part is to consider the consumer preferences,automotive supply chain pricing and subsidy strategy issues,explored two different government subsidy models: direct subsidy manufacturers(GM model),direct subsidized sellers(GS model).The results show that manufacturers are dominant in the automotive market and have stronger bargaining pricing authority than sellers,Subsidies to manufacturers are more conducive to the continued development of new energy vehicles.When the government implements the new energy vehicle subsidy policy,there is a government subsidy payment transfer.Drive the other side to benefit.With the increase in consumers' preference for new energy vehicles,the government can gradually reduce or even ban subsidies for new energy vehicles.The government's implementation of sound policies has a strong regulation and incentive effect on the development of new energy vehicles.The second part is to consider the issue of auto supply chain pricing and government subsidy strategy when considering the upgrade of cruising range,and explore two kinds of endurance subsidy modes:basic cruising range(WX mode)and upgrade cruising range(YX mode).The resultsshow that the R&D investment of R&D automakers,the R&D maturity of endurance,the market capacity,and the rational planning of subsidy policies are all important reasons for the impact of mileage and sales.Compared with the basic cruising range,improving the cruising range is more conducive to the development of new energy vehicles.Manufacturers occupy a dominant position in the automotive supply chain,and have stronger market dominance than sellers,which determines the development prospects of the new energy auto industry.In the implementation of the subsidy policy,the government should fully consider the effective scope of subsidies,strengthen consumers' willingness to pay for new energy vehicles,and gradually reduce the financial pressure on government subsidies,and encourage manufacturers to increase R&D investment in new energy vehicles' endurance.And give policy help.
