The Impact Of Government Subsidies On The New Energy Vehicle Industry

With the transformation of China's economic development from high speed to high quality,the government is paying more and more attention to environmental protection.The characteristics of energy saving,environmental protection and sustainable development of new energy vehicles provide a feasible way to solve the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection.With government subsidies and consumer recognition,new energy vehicles have since embarked on the road of rapid development.However,with the deepening of government subsidies,new energy vehicle enterprises also inevitably encounter some problems.Many scholars have different opinions on whether the government subsidy policy can achieve the original intention and whether it can achieve the desired effect.The financial performance of an enterprise can fully reflect the operating ability of an enterprise.Therefore,through the research on the financial performance of an enterprise,we can roughly analyze the impact of government subsidies on the operating ability of new energy automobile enterprises.Firstly,this paper reviews relevant literatures based on chronological order.Then summarized the subsidy policy evolution trend.Through the data envelopment model,the comprehensive performance of government subsidies is preliminarily analyzed to find out some problems affecting the comprehensive performance.Through the analysis results of the data envelopment model,JAC Automobile is selected as the research case in this paper.Finally,based on specific data,this paper analyzes the impact of government subsidies on the performance of new energy vehicle enterprises in all aspects by combining financial and non-financial indicators,and proposes corresponding solutions to the problems found for reference.The main contribution of this paper is that the research objects of government subsidies are usually agricultural and forestry enterprises by most scholars.As a case study on the impact of government subsidies on the performance of the new energy vehicle industry,this paper provides some supplements from different perspectives and methods.
