Research On The Influence Of Government Subsidies On Yutong Bus's Financial Performance

Developing new energy vehicles,a strategic measure to cope with climate change and promote green development.In recent years,new energy automobile industry has become an important component of the strategic emerging industries.Since the state council issued and implemented the development plan for energy conservation and new energy automobile industry(2012-2020)in 2012,China has adhered to the strategic orientation of pure electric drive and made remarkable achievements in the development of new energy automobile industry,which has become a vital force leading the transformation of the world automobile industry.During this period,the state and local governments successively introduced a series of fiscal subsidy policies to vigorously support the development of new energy industry.and comprehensively assisted the healthy development of new energy automobile industry from the production end to the consumption end,achieving remarkable results.On March 26,2019,four ministries and commissions,including the ministry of finance,the ministry of industry and information technology,the ministry of science and technology,the national development and reform commission,issued the notice on further improving the financial subsidy policy for promoting and applying new energy vehicles,aiming to increase the subsidy reduction,release the pressure in stages,and make it clear that local governments should improve the policy.According to the plan,after June 25,2019,China's new energy automobile industry technology is still not very mature,many aspects still need to be improved,all parties need to work together,continue to enhance the core competitiveness of the new energy industry,fundamentally break the technical bottleneck,and lead the development of the industry.The writer of this paper selects Zhengzhou Yutong bus co.,LTD.to be the research object,which is a large modern manufacturing enterprise integrating research and development,manufacturing and sales of bus products.It is the leading brand of Chinese bus industry.Using the case analysis method,the writer analyzes specifically the impact and the reasons of government subsidy to the enterprise performance,conclude the mechanism of government subsidy to the enterprise performance,put forward targeted suggestions to enable timely adjustment of development strategy by combining with the enterprise overall development strategy and financial adjustment strategy direction,so as to prepare for new energy enterprise development in advance in the comprehensive market time and also scientifically and effectively response to subsidies after the arrival of the era.
