Study On Planning Strategies Of Pastoral Complex Under The Background Of Urban-Rural Integration

Urban-rural integration is not only an advanced stage of urban development,but also an inevitable choice for a country and region to develop to a certain extent in the level of productivity or urbanization.With the continuous advancement of urban-rural integration in China,the urban-rural dual structure is gradually dispelling,which provides a broad space for the development of rural tourism.That is,the rapid economic growth in urban areas has led to a great desire for residents living in urban high-pressure environments to be close to nature and relax,and the rich natural resources in the countryside can just meet this demand.As a result,rural tourism has injected vitality into the integration of urban and rural areas.However,in the long-term interaction between urban and rural areas,many problems coexist,and the construction of many villages lacks consideration of their own resource conditions and cultural advantages,blindly pursuing modernization and simply copying other rural development experiences.This directly leads to the change and decline of traditional rural culture,the sameness of rural construction,the excessive commercialization of tourism and so on.In 2017,the "Pastoral complex",as a bright spot measure for the development of new rural industries,was written in the Central Committee’s No.1 document.the original text reads as follows: supporting conditional rural construction with farmers’ cooperatives as the main carrier and allowing farmers to fully participate in and benefit from it.Set circular agriculture,creative agriculture,agricultural experience in one of the idyllic complex,through comprehensive agricultural development,comprehensive rural reform transfer payment and other channels to carry out pilot demonstration.We will deepen the implementation of pilot demonstration projects for the development of rural industrial integration and support the construction of a number of demonstration parks for the development of rural industrial integration.At present,China has reached the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,the successful construction of the idyllic complex can promote the development of rural economy,from strengthening the interaction between rural means of production and urban capital,in order to optimize the layout of rural space.The full text is divided into three parts,each part is discussed from the following aspects:The first part introduces the research background and existing problems,clarifies the purpose and significance of the study,combs the content of the study,and consults a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the present situation of idyllic complex,leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and determines the research methods and research technical route.This paper combs the related concepts of idyllic complex,including idyllic,idyllic city,leisure agriculture.This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics and functions of the idyllic complex,and expounds in detail the supporting theory of the development of the idyllic complex.The second part expounds the present situation and development of the idyllic complex in our country,combined with the actual cases and the analysis of the investigation data to demonstrate the characteristics of the idyllic complex,and verify its rationality.The third part mainly expounds the basic principles and guidelines of the construction of the idyllic complex,abstracts and sums up the planning strategies of the idyllic complex,including the specific implementation steps of the rural spatial planning,the rural cultural planning and the agricultural product planning.According to the previous research results,the planning and design practice of Banan Yipin Happy Pastoral Town is carried out,and the rural tourism resources in this area are analyzed in detail,which makes the planning and design more in line with the theme,thus determining its development direction and goal.For the space,culture and other elements of a detailed design,improve the results of the study.From the perspective of urban-rural integration,this paper studies the idyllic complex planning,expands the perspective of rural tourism planning research,in order to provide possible reference for the construction,development and scientific arrangements of rural areas in China.It is expected that the planning and construction of the idyllic complex will make the development results of rural tourism benefit the countryside as much as possible.
