Under the current situation of environmental degradation and resource shortage in China,seeking the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry and vigorously developing green buildings are effective ways to solve the current problems.However,in the actual promotion and application,it is often counterproductive.Most of the current green building related research is aimed at the evaluation and certification of existing green buildings and the improvement and optimization in the construction process,the research on the selection of schemes for the design decision stage that affects the comprehensive performance of green buildings to a large extent remains to be developed.Therefore,in order to better improve the overall efficiency of green building projects,this paper focuses on the evaluation of green building design options.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical research of green building.Based on the analysis of the evaluation theory of green building design scheme,the principles of green building design evaluation are summarized,and the substantive problems and methods of green building design evaluation are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of the evaluation research of existing green building design schemes,the paper analyzes the construction criteria of its evaluation index system,puts forward the construction ideas and methods of the evaluation index system of green building design scheme,and constructs a set of green building design evaluation index system with four-level hierarchical structure.Then,based on the evaluation index system of the green building design scheme,the adaptive green building design evaluation model is established,which not only avoids the information loss and distortion caused by the conversion of different data type index values in the indicator system,but also from the positional relationship and The data information of each design scheme is considered in the two-dimensional physical space such as the similarity of the data curve,which ensures the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation decision result.Finally,an example application of the green building design evaluation system is carried out,which further verifies the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation system,in order to provide reference for the further development of green building.
