In the face of the deteriorating ecological environment and serious energy crisis, so it’s necessary to implement green building. Compared with the traditional building, green building emphasis on economic, social and environmental coordinated development, which is a big trend in the transformation development of construction industry in the future.In the whole life cycle of building, the earlier the concept of “green” enter the process of architectural design, it will be more obvious of the effects of “green”. In the scheme design stage, the designer needs to consider the applicability, beauty, economy and other characteristics of building. At the same time, construction comprehensive performance evaluation and optimization more need to be considered, based on the environment and the resources, so as to make scientific decisions. In view of current lack of green building evaluation system applied in scheme design stage and the evaluation system can not give practice guidance actually, this article comes up with a decision-making model of green building schematic design, by studying the design parameters and evaluation system of green building. The model can guide multi-objective optimization of green building schematic design.Firstly, paper analyzes the relationship between the work of green building in the scheme design phase and comprehensive performance of building, and the importance of scheme design stage of the building overall environmental performance. Integrating with the characteristic of scheme design phase, decision-making, little amount of information, excessive variables, it summarizes the main problems of the current scheme design stage and puts forward the necessity of establishing comprehensive evaluation and decision-making system of scheme design phase.Secondly, on the basis of the research status and characteristics of the scheme design phase, paper combined with the building performance simulation tools, summarized and extracted green building design parameter set by literature survey method, which has a great influence on the building overall environmental performance.Comprehensive study of the current main evaluation index system of green building, and established a simplified and quantized evaluation index system of green building. And then arrange the testing program scientifically through orthogonal experiment method. By using a scientific decision-making method, fuzzy-TOPSIS, to establish the decision model of the scheme design, to guide the choice for architects in the design stage. On this account has built the design optimization and decision model of green building.Finally, using an example to validate the effectiveness and practicability of the established the design optimization and decision model of green building.
