| The industrialization of power industry in China has been accelerating,and the investment scale of the power grid continues to be at a high level.The demand for power equipment,such as transformers and transformer distribution cabinets,is still very large,and the power equipment manufacturing industry also welcomes a good development and enjoys the red interest of the national economic development.However,with the development of "Internet +" in an all-round way,"China made 2025"strategy is accelerated to the ground,the degree of industrial intelligence is increasing,the construction of national grid will accelerate towards the direction of intelligence.The construction of smart grid will be developed with the help of cloud computing,large data,Internet of things,mobile Internet and smart cities,such as power gene:ration,transmission,power transmission,distribution and electricity,and so on,towards a higher level of intelligence.Smart grid and intelligent complete sets of equipment,intelligent distribution and intelligent control system will usher in golden development period,but this also requires higher intelligence for power equipment.Based on the above background,this paper takes Guangdong Guangte Electric Co.,Ltd.(as "Guangte Electric")as the case analysis object and combines the relevant theories of strategic transformation to analyze the market competition environment faced by Guangte Electric and the internal and external aspects of enterprise development.The problem is to provide suggestions for the strategic transformation of Guangte Electric from products,production lines,services and industrial chain construction.The research results show that power equipment manufacturers face a fierce market competition environment,and can achieve strategic transformation by improving internal management,research and development of intelligent products and building integrated energy service platforms,and continue to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises. |
