China's economy is stabilizing and the structural reform on the supply side is proceeding in an efficient and orderly manner.The household appliances industry seizes the opportunity to continuously strengthen technological innovation and product iteration.The world economy is also warming up,and the development momentum of household appliances industry at home and abroad is steady and sound.In this global macroeconomic environment,this paper explores the solutions of MD water heater business and household appliances enter:prises represented by MD water heater business in enterprise development strategy.This paper focuses on the development strategy of MD water heater division.The first chapter is a summary of the research,which introduces the research background,content and methods of this paper.The second chapter is the literature review and theoretical basis of the study.It introduces the relevant theories of strategic management and the research status at home and abroad in detail.In the third chapter,the current situation of MD water heater business is analyzed,and the opportunities and challenges in the development of MD water heater business are summarized by using PEST,Porter Five Forces,SWOT and other strategic analysis methods.The fourth chapter is the strategic development proposal of MD water heater business.Based on the conclusion of strategic analysis,it puts forward the strategic positioning,strategic objectives and strategic project decomposition of MD water heater business.The fifth chapter is the implementation measures of the strategy.According to the development strateg-y,it puts forward specific measures in product innovation,service innovation,technology innovation,marketing innovation and human resources innovation.Chapter VI is a summary of the full text.It briefly summarizes the main points of this paper and puts forward the limitations and shortcomings of the study,as well as the direction of further research in the future.The practical contribution of this paper is that based on the investigation and diagnosis of the current situation of MD water heater business,the development strategy with focus on advantages and transformation and growth as the core is determined,and the implementation plan of the strategy is designed to achieve the strategic objectives in terms of technology,products,services,marketing and human resources.The theoretical contribution of this paper is that taking MD water heater as the research object,the external environment and internal characteristics of the strategic transformation of household appliances enterprises are analyzed,and the strategic measures and innovative measures for the development of household appliances enterprises under the new environment are put forward,which provides theoretical basis for the strategic innovation practice of similar companies.
