With the rapid development of China’s economy,many enterprises with economic strength have begun to choose the strategy of "going out".International operation has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to integrate into economic globalization.Chinese home appliance companies have become an important home appliance production base and export base in the world.As the position of Chinese home appliances in global production and trade has increased,the problem of limiting global competitiveness has become prominent.Factors,put forward corresponding suggestions in order to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese home appliance companies.The theoretical basis has two aspects.On the one hand,it is the traditional enterprise internationalization theory,such as monopoly advantage theory,product life cycle theory,and international production compromise theory;on the other hand,it is the emerging enterprise internationalization theory,including small-scale technology theory,technology place Theory and technological innovation industry upgrade theory.Secondly,it summarizes the development status of the internationalization of Chinese home appliance companies,mainly analyzes the historical evolution of the internationalization of Chinese home appliance companies,the operating environment of the internationalization of Chinese home appliance companies,and the development model of the internationalization of Chinese home appliance companies.The empirical part is based on the operating data of 24 Chinese home appliance companies from 2009 to 2018,and analyzes the impact of the internationalization indicators of Chinese home appliance companies on the internationalization of Chinese home appliance companies.The dependent variable is an index that measures the internationalization of Chinese home appliance companies based on the proportion of overseas operating revenue in the total operating revenue of the company.The independent variables are corporate assets,number of employees,R & D investment,time of establishment of the company,overseas operating hours of the company,average age of senior managers,Education level of senior management,overseas experience of senior management and entrepreneurial spirit of adventure.The results of the study are that expanding the scale of enterprises is conducive to the international operation of Chinese home appliance companies;strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of entrepreneurship is conducive to the international operation of Chinese home appliance companies;prolonging the international operation time is conducive to the international operation of Chinese home appliance companies.Finally,it puts forward policy recommendations for the international operation of Chinese home appliance companies.At the level of individual personnel,it advocates the spirit of craftsmanship and cultivates a group of home appliance entrepreneurs with excellent management capabilities,strong social responsibility,and a global strategic vision.The vocational education of enterprise employees attaches importance to improving the skill level and cultivating an innovative talent team.In terms of enterprises,firmly grasp the central link of enhancing independent innovation capabilities,and strive to break through key core technologies to provide important support for the transformation and upgrading of China’s home appliance industry.There are two aspects of the innovation in this article.One is the innovation of research perspective.The research object of this article is the influencing factors of the internationalization of Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises.The research of the influencing factors is more practical in the internationalization of Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises.Research on the influencing factors of developing companies’ internationalization is more conducive to developing countries’ position in international competition.The second is the variable selection innovation,not only focusing on the influencing factors at the enterprise level,but also focusing on the impact of differences in individual personnel on the internationalization of the enterprise. |
