| As a key part of the car transmission system,the transmission plays the role of changing moment speed.A new transmission assembly must undergo a rigorous test before it is put into mass production.After the test passes,it can be mass-produced.The heavy commercial vehicles have been in heavy load and high torque for a long time,that is,the transmission’s ability to withstand torque is very important.Therefore,it is necessary to build a transmission static torsion strength test bed to quickly and effectively detect the static torsion strength of the transmission assembly.The test stand is mainly aimed at the transmission static torsion strength verification test and destructive test,providing scientific basis for the development,design and manufacturing of transmission assembly.The measurement and control system of this test bed can realize the functions of automation of test process,remote control,automatic processing of test data,and automatic report generation.It is an important direction for the development of test technology.First,the research and analysis on the development status and results of the static torsion strength test bed,fully absorb and draw on domestic and foreign advanced technical solutions and design ideas,put forward the design requirements and technical indicators of the transmission static torsion strength test bed,and analyze the functional requirements of the test bed.The overall design of the system structure of the test bed has been completed.Secondly,the design of the hardware system of the test bed include mechanical system,electrical system and data acquisition system.The mechanical system includes the design of the base of each major component,the design of the torque test mechanism,and the electrical system includes the selection of the drive motor,the inverter,the upper and lower machines,and the design of the electrical circuit.The data acquisition system includes the selection of the sensor,the signal acquisition board card and the circuit design of the data acquisition system.Thirdly,the development and design of the system software of the test stand mainly includes the upper and lower computers,as well as the data communication between the two.The upper computer is based on the Lab VIEW design platform.Its functions include test landing,test parameter setting,signal parameter setting,data processing,data display,and data preservation;The lower machine is based on the control program written by the S7-300 PLC,including the driver motor control,inverter communication,and the upper computer communication program;And using OPC technology to realize the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer.Finally,the operation flow of the transmission static torsion strength test is designed according to the test specifications,and the static torsion strength verification test of the 6S1610 transmission assembly and the static torsion strength destructive test of the 8S1800 transmission assembly are completed.The test results show that the above transmission assembly satisfies the static torsion strength performance indexes,and the test bed and measurement system meet the functional requirements and technical specifications of the transmission static torsion strength test bed.At present,the test bed is operating normally. |
