Research On Innovation Model Of Haier Open Partnership Ecosystem From The Perspective Of Sharing Economy

At the arrival of the era of sharing economy,with the rapid development of internet technology and information technology,the updating speed of product generation becomes faster and faster,companies are deeply aware that innovation is the key factor to keep prosperity.However,at present,most of the domestic companies employ Closed Innovation and Cooperative Innovation models,which are no longer suited to the economy ages to the request of the creative ability because that these models have long innovation cycle,high R&D cost and low market conversion rate.Recently,some firms introduces Open Innovation model,which improves the efficiency of innovation to some extent,The rigidity of innovation mode,the lack of internal driving force due to excessive dependence on external resources and other factors lead to high operating costs and internal system chaos.This thesis investigates Haier open partnership ecosystem,The system is not only driven by human activities,but also has five core competencies and has initially formed internal driving force under the tangible mechanism.HOPE has initially constructed a dynamic cycle of organic innovation ecosphere.The author defines it as a more advanced mode of Open Innovation Models.Though deeply investigation and analysis,this thesis innovatively uses the ecological research model to analyze the operation mechanism of HOPE platform,constructs and optimizes its innovative ecosystem,and then provides some development strategies for other companies;applies the theory of sharing economy to the research of open innovation platform,discovering the internal relationship between the two,and points out that HOPE should be more open and shared in order to maximize innovation efficiency,transforms a platform serving Haier to an industry platform or even a platform for the whole society;gives the definition of the connotation of sharing economy.The detailed contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the framework of HOPE multilateral platform is constructed,whose components are:HOPE operation team,the supplier of innovative resources,the demander and the third party organization.Through the analysis of the way,process and effect of each party’s participation in the HOPE platform,the operation mechanism of the HOPE multilateral platform is deeply interpreted.Then,using the theory of sharing economy to construct the theoretical support point for each link of its operation mechanism,It is pointed out that the two have a high degree of agreement,which lays the foundation for the later development on HOPE platform.Secondly,the innovation mechanism of HOPE is analyzed and investigated from the perspective of shared economy.Through case analysis,the three modules and five core competencies of HOPE are analyzed,and its ecosystem structure is defined as:Three modules + Ten R&D centers + Third-party institutions.HOPE owns a certain internal driving force to drive the whole open innovation,and its resource allocation is more efficient,platform structure is more complex,innovation is more vitality.It is in a more advanced innovation ecological stage,which is different from the general open innovation mode that still stays in the "theoretical innovation" stage.Furthermore,the thesis summarizes the closed innovation and cooperative innovation mode as traditional innovation modes,and using comparative analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of the HOPE innovation mode are summarized by comparing the open innovation ecosystem,the traditional economic innovation mode,and the primary open innovation mode.In addition,how to use the theory of sharing economy to improve HOPE innovation mode is also discussed.Finally,through the above analysis and research on the HOPE open innovation ecosystem,this theis presents some development strategies.This part mainly uses the related research methods of sharing economy to establish three development directions:Firstly,Strengthen the open source of HOPE innovation ecosystem and establish a sharing platform.At present,Haier HOPE platform is a one-to-many mode of"1+10+N".That is,Haier innovative resources are not really shared platform.In the era of sharing economy,Haier traditional household appliances manufacturing industry should overcome its stereotype and limitation,open up competitors in the same industry or even the whole society to innovative resources,draw a comprehensive and open future blueprint of HOPE platform,and predesign the structure and modules of HOPE platform in order to optimize the allocation of innovative resources.Secondly Strengthen Internet thinking of employees.Through organizing Haier cadres above the middle level to learn and train,shared ideas and Internet thinking of the staff can be deepen.Thirdly Strengthen the perfection of the credit reporting system of HOPE platform.By cooperating with credit agencies and strengthening the micro-insight ability of the staff,one can improve
