Design And Implementation Of Web Evaluation Decision Information System Based On Value-Focused Thinking

The development of weaponry systems and technical systems suitable for combat is of great significance in the military field.However,the operational environment will be restricted by various factors such as politics,economy,and geography,making it uncontrollable.At the same time,weapons and technologies are professional,and only experts in their respective fields are familiar with them.However,the standards for evaluating results are different,which makes it difficult to compare several weapons and technologies.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,and investigating related materials,the project focuses on the Value-Focused Thinking method combining qualitative and quantitative means,and uses the currently mature Java web technology to design and implement an evaluation decision information system for complex combat environment.In order to accurately evaluate the weaponry systems and technical systems,and make it easy for customers to use,the system is divided into two modules:an evaluation module and a system management module.The evaluation module includes the entire evaluation process based on the Value-Focused Thinking method.By modeling the evaluation environment as a value tree,the weaponry system and technology system as an equipment tree and a technology tree.Then by using the evaluation module,we can get the scores of each weapon and technology.And through the sensitivity analysis of the results,we choose a higher stability of weapons and technologies to be developed.The system management module includes three sub-modules:template-library management,expert-library management,and user rights management,which support the entire system in terms of permissions and easy use.After a period of use and testing,the system can accurately evaluate the weaponry systems and technical systems in a specific combat environment,so it can be applied to the field of simulation.
