With the application of three-dimensional digital definition technology,manufacturing companies must have a highly flexible product development model to meet the rapidly changing and sustainable market demand.Because the key parts of marine diesel engines have the characteristics of complex structure,high precision requirements,and chaotic labeling information,which causes the design and manufacture of such parts are difficult.In order to ensure the high R&D efficiency and manufacturability of this type of parts,this article carries out research on the machining feature holographic information extraction technology and manufacturability evaluation technology of the key parts of marine diesel engines based on the manufacturing-oriented design theory and combined with the machine learning methods.Based on this,an intelligent evaluation system is developed to evaluate the manufacturability of the digital model of parts,and to find and optimize the structure of the design plan that is not conducive to manufacturing and production efficiency in the design stage,in order to form a flexible product development model and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of the intelligent evaluation system for manufacturability of key parts of marine diesel engines.Based on the analysis of the research background and current situation of the subject,in view of system development difficulties and functional requirements,the system architecture and module functions are studied,and the overall technical plan for intelligent evaluation of the manufacturability of the key parts of marine diesel engines is designed.(2)Research on the identification method of the machining features of the key parts of marine diesel engines.Based on the construction of a machining feature classifier based on image deep learning,according to the PMI marking characteristics on the part digital model,a multi-angle capture and dimensionality reduction method is proposed to directly locate the topological structure of the machining feature and turn it into a color image.In this way,a comprehensive analysis method for multi-angle image recognition of the machining feature is designed to obtain the feature type.(3)Research on the geometric information extraction method of the machining features of the key parts of marine diesel engines.The query view is used as a filter to roughly filter out the parts associated with the machining features from all PMIs,forming a double-layer filtering extraction method for machining feature geometric information,and realizing the integration of machining feature holographic information.(4)Research on the construction method of the evaluation database of the key parts of marine diesel engine.The data conversion model is used to convert the part digital model,the intelligent decision model is used to implicitly express the feature design rules,and the manufacturing resource model is used to map the actual manufacturing resources,thereby providing data sources and support for the implementation of the evaluation.(5)Research on the intelligent evaluation method for manufacturability of key parts of marine diesel engines.Machining-oriented manufacturability evaluation was carried out on the digital model of parts from different angles,and the structure manufacturability evaluation method based on the intelligent decision model and the processing feasibility evaluation method based on the manufacturing resource model were designed respectively,which improved the accuracy of evaluation and promote the evaluation methods has shifted to intelligent.(6)Development of the intelligent evaluation system for manufacturability of key parts of marine diesel engines.On the basis of completing theoretical research,using UG/NX software as the development and application platform,and using secondary development technology to initially realize the development of the manufacturability intelligent evaluation system,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified by concrete examples.
