| For a long time,small and medium-sized construction enterprises are the main force of active market and technological innovation,and also is the important strength of social stability,They have been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up.but due to the influence of traditional planned economy,China has little support for small and mediurm-sized construction enterprises in financial policies and fiscal policies,they can not compete with large construction enterprises in terms of manpower,material resources and financial resources,and the shortage of funds hasbecome a"bottleneck"for the development of enterprises.According to NBS’s statistics,in recent ten)years,the number of construction enterprises has increased year by year,and the competition among industries has increased unprecedentedly.Many enterprises are on the verge of bankruptc)y.If small and medium-sizedconstruction enterprises want to survive,they must change their traditional business models,control their cost while maintaining quality,establish brand awareness,and improve their profitability,this is the only way to gain an advantage in competition.Taking the construction project of JT construction company as an example.combined with the Literature research method,field investigation,Case analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external factors of high construction cost,including extensive management mode,neglecting the importance of time limit and quality,and insufficient awareness of cost control and responsibility in enterprise,and proposes specific solutions on how to control cost.Attention should be paid to mobilizing all available forces in the whole process of construction and actively implementing cost control.Based on the obsolete cost control method of.JT construction company,this paper uses control chart method to control cost dynamicall,y,and uses earned value method to analyze cost deviation,so as to ensure that the cost control achieves the expected purpose through scientific methods.Finally.the cost control and optimization plan will be applied in the construction of L project.and the actual effect will be analyzed.The new era gives new missions,the new challenges will bring new opportunities.Under the complex economic background,cost control has become a magic weapon for building enterprises to base themselves on market competition.Only by controlling cost control and paying attention to the quality of construction products can enterprises enhance their overall competitiveness and create brand benefit of enterprises.The enterprises will open up a new chapter in the development and develop smoothly and continuously in the market tide. |
