Control Boundary Of Urban Construction Land In Dalian City

With the continuous development of society,the process of urbanization is getting faster and faster,and the area of urban construction land in China is gradually increasing.Therefore,the Party Central Committee has also clearly put forward the concept of urban development:"It should be based on local natural characteristics and set through scientific analysis.Development efforts,from the first line to the third line,continue to delineate the development boundary,so that urban development has become part of the natural ecological development,to ensure that residents enjoy the green hills to solve the urban development process,urban space utilization is too fast,urban land The utilization rate is low,and the development of the spatial structure of the city is unreasonable.Dalian is a bridgehead for open cooperation between Northeast China and Northeast Asia.It is a strategic highland for China's open cooperation with Northeast Asia and an important growth pole for leading the overall revitalization of the Northeast.In order to create a beautiful blue sky with mountains,mountains and greens,and to achieve better homes,more developed economy,more harmonious society,more coordinated regions,and more affluent people,we must promote scientific and orderly development of land space.In order to further unify the agricultural space,ecological space and urban space,solve the problem of planning and fighting,and improve the operational space and execution of the plan,Dalian City is based on the"Opinions of the State Council on the preparation of the national main functional area plan"and the"National Main Functional Area Plan".The"Liaoning Province Main Functional Area Planning"requirements,compiled the"Dalian City Main Functional Area Plan"and delineated the agricultural pattern,ecological pattern and urbanization pattern.Based on various main functional area planning documents and related reference documents,this paper constructs Dalian urban construction land by means of surface analysis,geographically weighted regression analysis,network analysis,and network big data crawler extraction through professional software such as ArcGIS,MapInfo and ENVI.Driving factors,and using the multiple regression model and FLUS prediction model to identify and construct the boundary of urban construction land in Dalian,I hope to play a guiding role in improving the utilization rate of urban land in Dalian and optimizing the urban land use pattern in Dalian.Relevant departments have a reference contribution.After research and analysis,the main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1)Refer to the relevant literature to analyze the relevant influencing factors of urban construction land in Dalian,based on ArcGIS software,ENVI,SPSS,MapInfo and other related software,using superposition analysis,network analysis,principal component analysis,geographic weighted regression analysis,etc.The influencing factors are analyzed and visualized.2)Using the remote sensing image from 2000 to 2016,using the maximum likelihood ratio supervised classification method to supervise and classify the urban construction land in Dalian,and check it,and use the multiple regression method to predict the land area of urban construction in Dalian in 2035.The results show that by2035,the urban construction land area of Dalian City reached 2140.56km2.3)Using the FLUS model,the urban construction land in Dalian is simulated and verified.By adding driving factors and control factors,the urban construction land space in Dalian in 2035 is simulated and predicted.4)In the future(to 2035),Wafangdian City(including Dai'an Changxing Island Economic Zone),Zhuanghe City(including Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone)and Pulandian District will focus on urbanization.Jinpu New District can give priority to urbanization construction,and urban construction land can also be increased appropriately,but at the same time,due to the northern water source of Zhuanghe,Pulandian Wafangdian,the size of Jinpu New District,huge_Montenegro and small_Montenegro,Lushun Lao Tieshan and other places The natural ecological protection area is very necessary.The high-lying mountainous transition zone to the coastal lowland and the important river water body and estuary area are important natural ecological protection spaces.The expansion of poetry for urban construction land should follow the principle of ecological space priority and develop.Ganjingzi District is suitable for reducing the scale of urban construction land,improving the land used for urban construction,and guarding against blind expansion,resulting in waste of land resources.Changhai County,Lushunkou District,Shahekou District,Xigang District and Zhongshan District can be stabilized on the basis of existing urban construction land.5)Combining various individual indicators and comprehensive indicators,the urban construction land in Dalian is divided.Among them,the rigid urban expansion space has 360,693 pixels,with an area of 3606.93km~2,accounting for 27.08%of the total land area of Dalian;The urban expansion space has a total of 88,171 pixels,with an area of 881.71 km~2,accounting for 0.07%of the total land area of Dalian.The low-elastic urban expansion space has a total of 468,946 pixels,covering an area of 4,689.46km~2,accounting for 35.21%of the total land area of Dalian.The non-urban expansion space has a total of 414,224 pixels,with an area of 4,142.24 km~2,accounting for 31.10%of the total land area of Dalian.
