Study On Urban Design Method For Key Urban Seashore Areas

The location value of the urban coastal area has become the focus of attention at present.At the same time,the development and construction of the coastal area has become a hot spot in the coastal urban planning and construction.The key areas of Urban coastal have always been the core and focus of coastal space construction,it influences and determines the overall landscape image and environmental quality of urban coastal space.Urban design of urban coastal areas is mostly based on the overall "line" coastal space and "area" of the overall area level of Urban design research,relatively speaking,focusing on "point"-local key areas,Urban design research is easy to be neglected.At the same time,there are few related studies on different types of coastal key areas,which leads to the "eclipse" of the highlights of the coastal areas and many failures.At the same time,the characteristics of the urban coastal areas are not strong and the vitality is insufficient.Reflecting on the Urban design of coastal areas in some cities in the past,the design methods show "generalization" and "assimilation",and overemphasize the functional layout and rigid control of the upper planning,which will inevitably lead to the characteristics and focus of coastal areas are not prominent,and there are certain shortcomings in operability.Therefore,Urban design in coastal areas should highlight the design and research of key areas,and should be guided by a set of targeted and feasible Urban design methods.This paper takes the coastal city of Jiaodong Peninsula in Shandong Province as anexample,because of its rich coastline,unique natural elements and spatial pattern of "mountains,seas,bays,beaches,headlands and cities",as well as rich tourism resources and historical culture,then tries to explore the Urban design methods of its key coastal areas,this is mainly through the study of "stratification,type and keynote".This paper classifies the key urban seashore areas,mainly chooses natural and ecological key coastal areas,commercial key coastal areas,historical and cultural key coastal areas,leisure and recreational key coastal areas for representative research,and puts forward the design method of "1+2+3" of the key coastal areas in practice and exploration,that is,“A general orientation”,“Two overall designs” and “Three core designs”.Finally,through the empirical research,this paper explores the Urban design focus of different types of key coastal areas,and fully taps and utilizes the resources endowment and natural conditions of different types of key coastal areas.at the same time,combines with the characteristics of the environment of the areas,so that the characteristics of different types of coastal areas can be fully and most appropriate manifestation,then forming a real "visible,accessible,readable and travelable" coastal space.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the Urban design of other similar coastal cities in China,and clarifies the feasible methods and research focus of Urban design in key coastal areas.
