Longkou City, located in the northeast of Shandong Province, northwest of Shandong Peninsula, Northwest Pro Bohai Sea, is an open port city and its coastal resources is very rich. Longkou City Master Plan explicitly proposed to build Longkou into " with industry and trade, tourism, port-based integrated city."
