As important logistics equipment, bridge crane is widely used in various fields of our national economy. Currently in the domestic crane research, it mostly focuses on the lightweight and mainly reflects the optimization of main beam structure. However, the research in girder stiffness influenced by trolley track is very little. Based on this background, the QD20t/22.5meters bridge crane which has double main beam is as the research object, and its girder stiffness is analyzed.The contains include following aspects:(1) The specific structure is analyzed, and the3D models of main beam are built using UGNX.(2) After analyzing the characteristics of main beam, the load of main beam which is applied by trolley track is determined. On this basis, stiffness of main beam without track and main beam with track are analyzed, and the stiffness fluency caused by a square steel track in different position of the main beam is researched through finite element analysis. Analysis result is acquired, and the differences between stress and displacement are compared.(3) As an example of the square steel track on the right path, the three different rail section sizes are analyzed, and their moments of inertia are calculated. The graph in line with the shape of the curve trend indicates the effects of moment of inertia to the stress and displacement of main beam. Then, the results that moment of inertia effects on the stress and displacement are summed up according to the shape of the curve.In this paper, through the research of QD20t/22.5meters double girder bridge crane track effects on the main beam stiffness, the different between the beam without track and the beam with track in the three conditions of stress and displacement is summed up. The results show that the stress and displacement’s change of main beam loaded with square steel rail is small relatively. If it uses different values of track section size for comparison, the result that main beam moment of inertia increases with the cross-sectional dimension can be obtained. So, it affects the stress and displacement of the main beam. Curve graph shows that the stress of the main beam decreases with the increasing of moment of inertia, but the displacement has little change which can be ignored.
