Railway track structure geometric status influences directly on the safety, stability and ride confort of the train.Since 2007, EMUs have been running on the existing railway line at speed of 200-250km/h, and heavy freight trains are operated at 120km/h at the same line. Quickly running trains require the track to be kept on high smooth, whereas the effect on track from heavy freight train puts a great challenge on how to keep the track on high smooth. On track dynamic inspection, the system that EMU integral inspection car and inspection car are used as a main measures, and locomotive shaking monitor meter and locomotive cab installed monitor meter are used as a supplement is formed. Static inspection have evolved from hand-making inspection to the new inspection measure such as track trolley, and the inspection system is becoming more and more perfect. To research how to utilize the above inspection techniques has very important meaningful on the track geometric control in China.In this thesis, based on the literatures reading and material investigation, from the point of track geometric status inspection techniques, the track strucuture of Jing-Hu railway line and Hu-Kun railway line in Shanghai railway bureau is used to be the research carrier, some main problems in the application of track geometric inspection techniques are discussed deeply, for example, the performance evaluation of track inspection trolley and track geometric status evaluation method etc. So, in the thesis, the following aspects will be discussed1. Based on the comprehensive analysis of track structure geometric inspection techniques and method, the necessity and urgency of the introduction of the quasi-static track trolley is analyzed mainly. Then, taking the three typical track inspection trolley of GJY-T-4, GJY-H-3 and intelligent track monitor meter as example, the inspection pricinples and usages are descriped in brief, and then, combing the inspection data from the speed raised test and the daily inspection, some detail data comparision and analysis on their performance are done. In the last, some proposal and suggestions are put forward based on the analysis conclusions on all kinds of solutions, and it is benefit for the research and usage of then new inspection tools.2. Based on comprehensive analysis of the random and wavelike characteristic of track geometric status and the existing analysis and evaluation methods on track geometric irregularities, the correlation of the track geometric status between dynamic inspection data and static inspection data are analyzed in detail and checked in site, so the relationship between dynamic and static inspection data are statisticed, and this work make a further improvement for the track geometric status evalution system. Besides the above, combing the current application of track geometric status inspection techniques, some initial proposals on the track geometric inspection method and inspection period are provided.3. Based on track geometric status analysis and evaluation method home and abroad and considering the current status of track geometric status management in China, the analysis and evaluation indexes and methods for track geometric status analysis are put forward.4. Based on the track geometric status analysis theory and methods, a new railway track geometric status evaluation system is developed using Visual Basic language. The system is used successfully to solve the concerned problems in track geometric status prediction, evaluation and management etc., and it has become a high efficient tool for track structure status analysis too.In all, based on the development and application of track geometric status inspection techniques home and abroad, some comparision analysis are made on how to extend the usage of track inspection trolley in detail, and by this inspection tool, the daynamic and static comparision experiments and analysis are finished. All then above works provide the efficient and reliable technique and data support for thfurther understand and master the track geometric status variant rules and its maintenance system, evaluation system. But, in order to instruct practice better, some problems on the research of the track geometric stauts inspection period are still need to be done in detail. Meanwhile, in order to improve track geometric status evaluation method and increase the scientification, objective and relablility of the track geometric status evaluation, the latest new technologies and methods are necessary too.
