With the development of the social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the traditional mode of extensive development in urban construction has caused great damage to the ecological environment of the city,causing water shortages and internal problems in many cities,has caused a great impact on the quality of life of the citizens.Due to these unfavorable problems encountered in the construction of cities,the voices of the society regarding the promotion of sustainable urban development are also increasing.This has also promoted the birth of the concept of a sponge city.The research and analysis of this article is based on the construction concept of Sponge City and is intended to guide the use of this idea,use ecological means to solve the problems of internal problems that arise in urban development,and improve the urban ecological environment.The traditional way to solve site rainwater is mainly through the municipal municipal rainwater pipe network system.Nowadays,this method can no longer meet the drainage requirements of the urban inner region.The fundamental reason for the internal fault is that the traditional site development mode destroys the natural hydrological cycle of the site,and the impervious surface The rampant spread of the city caused frequent internal bustling and caused huge losses.The "sponge city" is a major strategy for the new urbanization of China.The paper takes the inner urban area of Beijing as the research object,and from the perspective of the construction of the sponge city,studies and analyzes the problem of site renewal in the downtown area of Beijing,and proposes on this basis.Corresponding coping strategies have certain theoretical and practical significance for solving the ecological problems that arise in the process of urbanization in China.This article is composed of four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and research significance of this article,and defines the concepts such as city inner city,sponge city and site design,and then from domestic Research theories and foreign research theories in two aspects,specifically expounded the relevant theory,mainly related to the green infrastructure,sponge city,low-impact development and water-sensitive urban design and other related theories.The second chapter takes the inner city area of Beijing Central City as the object of research and analysis,and summarizes the characteristics of the site and the intrinsic mechanism.Among them,the characteristics of infield are mainly reflected in impervious areas,impervious patches,vegetation coverage,etc.The intrinsic mechanism includes external factors and internal factors.All of these are to provide realistic evidence for the optimal design strategy for internal sites.The third chapter elaborates the site updating and designing strategy system in the urban center of Beijing.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the application and operation steps of SWMM storm flood management model.This thesis has a certain degree of innovation in the SWMM based simulation of rejuvenation performance of inland reclamation area and the optimization of technical route and strategy of sponge facilities.
