In the context of globalization and ever-developing opening-up situation,foreign languages play an increasingly important role.In consideration of the growing need for foreign language learning,the research was carried out in order to innovate the foreign language learning product service system.The research is mainly based on the theory of service design and the method of scenario analysis.The theories of language acquisition and service design were studied.The three core relationships of service design were discussed,namely customer relationship,market relationship and internal relationship.Based on market research,user research,commonality extraction and differentiation analysis,the basic model of foreign language learning product service system is constructed.Life cycles were extracted as research frameworks.Through field investigation,customer insight.AEIOU observation and other processes,a foreign language learning scenario model is proposed which consists of five dimensions:role,environment,purpose,activity,and touch point.Three typical user portraits and their scenarios are developed.A two-dimensional coordinate system was constructed with the learning state saturation as the horizontal axis and the environmental suitability as the vertical axis,where all foreign language learning scenarios fall within.Also,learning tasks,which is the most important customer job,are divided into four dimensions:visual input,auditory input,text output and speech output.Also,task intensity rating standards are proposed.The customer scenarios are positioned within the system and the task intensity is assigned,therefore nine language learning modes are extracted.Through evaluation and deduction,seven core models are selected out of nine,namely intense,silence,leisure,interval,delight,guiding and holiday.Three service blueprints based based respectively on new customer journey,old customer jourrey and multi-scenario journey are designed.Ovrall service design strategies were also proposed from perspectives of customer experience,business challenges and organizational optimization.Based on the seven core models and overall strategies,a product was proposed and its interface design was developed.
