| Based on the field investigation of three bottom overhead spaces in high-rise neighborhood in Hefei, the author conducts an empirical study on the accessibility of the ground-based overhead space, the frequency and function configuration of the residents’ use of space and the physical environment. Then the author analyzes the actual use of overhead space as well as the "common" and "personality" problem of the three residential space in the design. Finally, she tries to sum up the timeliness design methods based on optimization strategy in the overhead space. This thesis firstly divides the overhead behavior of the residents into "crossing behavior" and "lingering behavior",and then discuss into different categories, combing the field research and starting from the theoretical knowledge of Environmental Psychology.Accordingly,he analyzes the "theory accessibility" of overhead space by spatial syntax.Combining the aerial behavior of residents, analyze the correlation between "theory accessibility" can be analyzed. With actual behavior by using SPSS,the correlation between accessibility of overhead space and the "crossing behavior" and the "lingering behavior" is analyzed, providing the basis for the overall layout of the overhead space.By calculating the ratio between "crossing behavior" and "lingering behavior",the author analyzes the correlation between space and function, and then we try to understand the function of the overhead space requirements by residents’ behavioral observations and questionnaire survey, providing guidance forth future aerial space function facilities. Finally, the author studies the physical environment of overhead space, including layout, air environment, sense of scale, etc.,combing with the residents on environmental perception of overhead space,in order to explore more user-friendly design on the construction techniques of specific space. |
