| At present,China’s economy is in a period of rapid development,and economic development depends on the prosperity of the manufacturing industry.Machinery manufacturing technology represents the advanced level of manufacturing productivity.Therefore,the state strongly advocates the development of vocational education.The teaching goal of the "Machinery Manufacturing Technology" course in secondary vocational schools is an important course for providing service talents for the national first-line machinery manufacturing industry.Every year,we provide enough high-quality laborers and technical talents for the normal operation of the country and society.However,with the rapid development of science and technology,some of the shortcomings in the education and teaching model of vocational schools have become more and more obvious.The cultivation and quality of talents can no longer keep up with the progress of the world,such as the lack of “double-type” teachers;the teaching model still exists.The theory class is the main one,and the practice training and practical operation teaching are relatively few;the experimental training equipment is old and the practicality is poor.In response to these problems,I conducted a scientific and systematic investigation on the teaching status and problems of the "Mechanical Manufacturing Technology" course in secondary vocational schools,and conducted analysis based on the survey results to make specific solutions to the Chinese and foreign teaching situations.In the actual teaching,the main choice is the "rational integration" teaching mode to practice,put forward the reform strategy of the "machine manufacturing technology" teaching mode based on the integration of rational and practical schools,and choose the most important for the machinery industry.Mechanical Manufacturing Technology Thiscourse is a practical analysis of teaching cases.After the practice,the feedbacks of teachers and students will be collected to facilitate the reform and optimization of“realistic integration” in practical teaching applications.The reform of the teaching model of "Machinery Manufacturing Technology" based on the integration of rational and practical schools has an excellent effect on the above problems.In the teaching process,the students’ enthusiasm is better mobilized and the students’ interest is cultivated.And let the teachers and students better combine the theoretical knowledge in the book with the practical application,and train the actual production operations in the future.I believe that in the near future,better students will enter the modern society with a better mental outlook and higher technology. |
