Based On GSM Module Intelligent Controller For Gas Meter

Currently,the civil gas meter has been developed faster and faster,and people has required more and more demands on it.While traditional mechanical gas meter on measurement accuracy has reached the standard requirements of the people,but the intelligence and convenience are no longer able to meet the requirements of the people.This module is a developed smart gas meter based on the GSM module.In addition to mechanical basic measurement functions,it increases the detection power real-time monitoring function,critical data storage function,gas leak detection function,IC card data transfer function,LCD display function,control valve and GSM remote data transmission function.This module not only achieves the most basic gas meter meter reading function,but also increases data transfer medium(IC card data transmission and GSM remote data transmission),as well as the protection function.It implements monitoring of gas usage,real-time data collection,and the remote monitoring to the user terminal meter.Designed smart gas controller has the following functions:(1)The reminding function of lacking of gas amount is to ensure timely shift of gas;(2)The functions of anti-reverse-battery,static protection,brownout protection,are to ensure the entire controller working properly;(3)The functions of magnetic meter attacks prevention,over-current,low-voltage protection,prevent users from stealing gas leak or a pulse meter,etc.;(4)The liquid crystal display shows the purchased,cumulative and remaining amount and the date,which is convenient to check data for users and gas manufacturers,and find problem meters for the maintenance person;(5)The functions of checking valve abnormalities,valve leakage,sensor fault are to ensure that the entire controller working properly in the valve control and metering section;(6)The function of abnormal data storage.The designed GSM module smart gas meter controller brings great convenience in practical use to the users and gas manufacturers.You can inflate gas meter through the card,which reduce inconvenience of users and manufacturers instead of reading gas meter from door to door.Meanwhile,by GSM remote reading function,the gas manufacturers can read meter data on any regular or random basis to ensure meter monitoring and maintenance.Thereby it can greatly reduce labor and maintenance costs.
