Based On STM8L Intelligent Controller For Wireless Water Meter

With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,the level of energy management is becoming higher and higher.Especially in the industry of water,gas,heat metering,power of tradition,especially in the water measurement industry,At present most of the water metering industry mechanical water meter,water meter data also need workers from door to door meter reading,due to the lag of the data and intelligent water meters in low level,low efficiency of resource management to civilian tap water,has been unable to meet the requirements of social development.This topic is based on STM8L chip development of wireless intelligent water meter,in the intelligent water meter metering management,valve control based on the increase of wireless remote module,so as to achieve data remote meter reading.Water supply enterprises can understand the meter data in time,and can analyze the data,thereby greatly reducing the operation pressure of the water supply operation enterprises,and improving the operation efficiency.[1].The controller design of the intelligent water meter has the following functions:(1)with insufficient water volume,remind the overdraft function and related tips is convenient for the users to pay in a timely manner;(2)Having a battery power supply terminal,anti reverse,EMC,low voltage electrostatic protection function of data storage,so as to ensure the stability of the power supply;(3)The pulse measurement,double reed switches,and has the function of strong magnetic protection;(4)Controller with liquid crystal display function,can easily display various water information,status information and water meter;(5)The controller has the function of wireless communication,sequential related protocols,transmission of data;(6)With prepaid function,the prepaid data can be imported from the charging system to the water meter through the RF card.The design of wireless intelligent water meter controller brings great convenience to users and water utilities in practical use.Through the prepayment mode,the problem of water meter reading in water service enterprises is solved,and the working pressure of water supply enterprises is lightened.The design of the water meter through short distance wireless technology to realize remote data acquisition,so that operators can conveniently obtain the water meter data,in order to ensure the timely monitoring of the water meter and maintenance,so as to effectively enhance the operational efficiency,and to provide users with better service.
