Study On The Main Visual Symbols And Cultural Expression Of The Painted Decorative Patterns Of Traditional Bai Folk Houses

Dali,with a long history,is one of the earliest cultural cradles in yunnan and one of the areas that were developed earlier in the southwest frontier.It has numerous natural and cultural heritages.Bai folk dwellings use color painting art such as symbol and implication to form the space artistic conception with enlightenment,so as to spread bai people’s ideology,aesthetic taste and value orientation.It is a kind of cultural effect reflected by material cultural space,and also the most unique national characteristics of bai folk dwellings.The fast pace of life,people can not have too much time to calm down,seriously study a national culture.And for most people,esoteric academic literature is not well understood.This requires the extraction of symbols that can represent the national culture,and the dissemination or promotion of these symbols in modern media,so that more people who are interested in them can make use of their fragmented time to read.This is the original intention of this paper.By analyzing a large number of literature materials and combining with my own field investigation and first-hand data,I systematically analyzed and sorted out the painted decorative patterns of bai folk houses,extracted the most representative main visual symbols,and on this basis made cultural expression,analyzed the aesthetic characteristics and cultural connotation contained in them.Finally,in view of the difficulties in the inheritance of bai folk painting art,the paper proposes the development mode of vertical inheritance and horizontal communication.This paper mainly adopts the method of field survey to conduct research,and the objects of investigation are the cultural museum staff of bai village,the inheritors of painting art,local artists of painting,as well as local residents and tourists.Through shooting,recording and other ways,collect a lot of primary data.Based on the analysis of the main visual symbols of painted decorative patterns in bai nationality dwellings,this paper summarizes the necessity and significance of the inheritance and development of the main visual symbols of painted decorative patterns in bai nationality dwellings,and points out that the main visual symbols of painted decorative patterns in bai nationality dwellings innovate the ways and means of communication in the field of modernization.
