Study On The Design Of Waiting Room For Maternal And Child Health Care Department In Maternal And Child Health Care Institutions

With the opening of the national “two-child policy”,the demand for health care for women and children has also increased dramatically.Maternal and Child Health Institutions are institutions that provide health and medical care for women and children.In order to meet the needs of maternal and child health care,the state strongly supports the construction of maternal and child health care institutions,improves institutional infrastructure conditions,enhances service capabilities,and improves the quality of architectural space.In the maternal and child health care institutions,the waiting space is a space where the client stays for a long time.The quality of the waiting room can reflect the overall image and service level of the maternal and child health care institutions.The maternal and child health care institutions set up the Ministry of Maternal and Health Care,the Ministry of Child Health,the Ministry of Women’s Health and the Ministry of Family Planning and Health.Among them,the main target of the Ministry of Maternal and Health Care is maternity.Because the maternal is in a special physiological stage,the perception of the space environment is also sensitive.The waiting space in the Ministry of Maternal and Health Care is selected as the key research object,and the optimization design method of waiting room is proposed to meet the multiple needs of pregnant women and accompanying family members.It is extremely important to create a high-quality and comfortable waiting room.To sort out relevant theories at home and abroad in the waiting room for maternal and child health care institutions,and conduct field research on the waiting room for maternity and health care.According to the behavior of the maternal and accompanying family members and the status quo of the space environment,the shortcomings in the waiting space were found and the shortcomings were classified.While meeting the multiple use needs and psychological needs of pregnant women,taking into account the needs of the accompanying family members,the design method of waiting room optimization is proposed.First of all,to explore the spatial scale of the waiting room for maternity and health care,trying to achieve the appropriate spatial scale to meet the space needs of maternal special physical form;Secondly,the spatial accessibility is improved under the condition of specific scale and economy,so that the pregnant woman can clearly clarify her direction and orientation in the waiting space;Then,combined with the space needs of the maternal and child groups,enrich the waiting space form in the existing waiting room form,and create a special waiting room to meet the needs of different waiting groups;Finally,the comfort of the environment in the waiting space is further enhanced,combined with the characteristics of different groups of people,the generalized space design and family communication space,as well as the convenience of intelligent facility application to the waiting space.Based on the above-mentioned space optimization design method of the Ministry of Maternal and Child Health,through the project design and analysis of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Maternal and Child Health Hospital,the practical significance of the waiting room research of the maternal and child health institutions is verified.The combination of theory and practice is for the future maternal and child.The architectural design of the health care institution is expected.
