| In 1997, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward to develop the community health service for the first time, and the number of community health centers keep growing. In 2009, the new medical reform policy unveils, its main goal is establishing the primary health care service system and improving the relevant medical security policy, which will greatly expand the construction of community health service centre services network。Among which the community of maternal and child health care is part of the community health service,its accounts for two-thirds of total population,so the community medical con-fronted with new and higher requirements.Community health service institution in maternal and child health seem to be effective way in response to the demand of health service for maternal and child because of their preliminarily established in the cities. Since the health care reform, the national network of community health service has been preliminarily established in the cities; meanwhile, it’s still immature in content, forms and the construction of medical spaces, which contributes to its incapability coping with maternal and child. Based on the above background, this thesis is due to put forward architectural design strategies for community health service centers con- fronted with these problems.The first chapter of this paper expressed the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the study. Based on the introduction of relevant concepts to define the object of the paper, combining with the relevant research results at home and abroad are summarized, finally puts forward the research content and method.The second part mainly aims at the related design factors of community health service centers in macro comb :including the related policies and the future development of China’s community health service orientation,the development of relevant construction laws,regulations and standard atlas and the limitations,the maternal and child ‘s physical,psychological and medical behavior characteristics and so on.The third chapter on the basis of theoretical research, selecting four major cities(Beijing, Chengdu, Xi’an, Chongqing)12 community health service centers for research, the 12 general situation of the construction of the community health service centers is summarized through taking pictures, data collection.The construction situation of buildings is recorded, including locations features,function development,functional layout and medical environment. At last, a large number of survey data analysis the status quo of community health service centers building occupancy usage and its shortcomings, finally put forward the status quo of the demand for maternal and child deficiencies and the direction for improving.The forth chapter according to the research contents above,the author pointed out six strategies which are especially designed for maternal and child: convenient medical procedure, suitable function configuration for maternal and child, safe medical space and comfortable medical environment,combining the good case at home and abroad to analysis these strategies. |
