In recent years,ocean fishing and aquatic product transportation have been developing on a large scale,and the number of seagoing vessels is increasing.However,at the same time of development,the safety management risks of the crew are also increasingly prominent.When sea storms,typhoons and other disasters pose a great threat to the safety of the fishermen,the traditional maritime communication technology can not help the crew to get in touch with the relevant management units in time,which increases the difficulty for the various management units of the fishery.The VSAT satellite communication network can guarantee a reliable communication rate,it has the advantages of wide signal coverage and low cost,does not require ground relay lines,and can be directly installed on the user's sea boat.The installation is simple and easy to operate,and no cable or optical cable is required.Through the satellite channel of the VSAT shipborne terminal antenna,the user's terminal equipment can perform data communication and voice services with each other.The VSAT communication satellite breaks the communication barrier between the ship and the shore,between the ship and the ship,and solves the problem of maritime communication effectively.This dissertation uses VSAT two-way satellite communication technology to design and develop a marine satellite communication service platform.The system implements functions such as user authentication Internet access,registration,voice call,balance inquiry,recharge,login,user account and password modification,and logout.The system adopts a distributed architecture and splits the system into two subsystems: mobile Ocean APP and back-end service platform.mobile Ocean APP provides users with a visual operation interface and business logic,and the business platform manages and controls the business process.Ocean APP uses Android as programming mode,business platform uses JAVA as development technology,MySQL is responsible for organizing,accessing,and managing data information as a database management system.The maritime satellite communication service platform connects the maritime users with the company management personnel,which realizes the centralization of business logic processing and platform docking.Sea crew members can enjoy WIFI by certifying the Internet,master outside world information,and realize information interaction between shore and ship,ship and ship.
