With the expansion of mobile Internet technology, the popularity of 3 G and 4 G technology, the capacity of network transmission is growing, more and more applications can be developed on the mobile terminals.In recent years, the number of urban vehicles has increased sustainably, but the increase rate of urban parking facilities is still far behind that of urban vehicles.The difficultly of parking makes the increasingly serious urban traffic problems worse. On the other hand, the growing of ETC users leads the phenomenon that people queque to pay in traditional ETC outlets.In order to resolve the above issues, the paper realizes a system of intelligent parking management and service, which is based on the architecture of C/S(Client/Service) and combined with mobile internet technology. Before developing the system, a deep study of the system has been done. The system can meet the needs of intelligent transportation industry. The main work in this paper is as follows:(1).The whole system has been introduced, including the system's function and performance requirements, the technologies involved in the development, such as Android development technology, LBS technology and AIDL technology, etc.(2).According to the user's requirements and industry's characteristics, the demand analysis and the overall design of intelligent parking management and service system has been made.The work includes the part of client and the part of server.The client's part is composed of user management, ETC management, looking for empty carport, the query of traffic violations and payment-online.The server's part is the design of database, which is used of the object-oriented thought to abstract the application model and product data table.(3).Various functional modules in system has been realized. The paper has described the implementation of the modules(database operation, the communication between client and server, the client function module)in detail. In the module of communication, the HTTP protocol is used to realize the communication on both side, and JSON data format is used to realize the data interaction on both side.(4).The functional test of the modules in the system has been completed. A series of test cases guarantees the stable operation of the system, the analysis about the result of the test have been done.Intelligent parking management and service system is a form of reconstruction of traditional parking lots and ETC outlets.The system is mainly for the owners of car to provide location-based services of looking empty carport, ETC networking query and payment-online. The strong ability to provide information of the system will not only improve the operation efficiency of traditional parking lots and ETC outlets, but also save the owner's time. The system has been running stable, which will make a great contribution to the development of intelligent transportation industry.
