Analyzing The Design Way Of Office Space From The Angle Of Corporate Culture And Corporate Image

As a content closely related to enterprise construction,office space plays an important role in creating a comfortable and efficient office environment to stimulate employees’ creative thinking and sense of belonging,while the external environment is to create a high-quality and unique business environment to enhance the recognition and trust of employees and the public.Based on the original function of office space,this paper tries to find the internal relationship between corporate culture and image and office space design and use it as the design guide of each element of the space to form a design method of enterprise office space system.The research results are applied to the actual office space design of the target enterprise to carry out the research.Demonstration and summary,with the method of integrating theory with practice,make the office space fully display the unique spiritual and cultural connotation and unique image value charm of the enterprise,strengthen the cultural soft power of the enterprise in the fierce social competition,and better realize the development and creation of the enterprise itself.
