With the continuous development of market economy and the enterprise growing in China, various industries are present diversified development with different features. In this context, many enterprises improve the brand image and corporate culture which can reflecting its own characteristics. In the design of office space, the industry distinctiveness and demonstration of the corporate culture were drawn much attention. The primary task is how to integrate the both when we deal with office space design.With the promotion of the market economy, domestic enterprises need to explore a path of development with its own characteristics and create a concept of "corporate culture" with a distinct culture and business management. The corporate culture is the ideological cohesion and the hardware of development. It is an essential part of a successful enterprise. But this idea and spirit of virtual product must be expressed by certain carriers. It is necessary to explore the ways of the implementation of the corporate culture. As a room which contact with the most staff, office space will bear the major role in the spread. At present, it also has some design theory on the combination of humanistic spirit and space. However, the study on office space and corporate culture is few. The concept of corporate culture is applied to the actual office space design, which not only enriches the design theory, research methods, and spatial patterns, but also plays an active role in the corporate culture promotion and deepening. It is called a win-win situation.In this paper, through visiting to research several companies and take its essence, the writer wants to transform a virtual ponder into a real and visual carrier in order to analyze the deep spiritual expression of corporate culture. This paper uses a specific case of Lianchuang interior design of the office building to illustrate how to integrate the particularity and enterprise culture in the office space design and how to research the conjunction of space and spirit further. This paper analyzes the design of this type of research and will serve as a practical and theoretical mirror for the same type pf research.
