Research On Renovation Of Old Factory Area Under The Background Of Aging

Since China entered the aging country in the 21 st century,the number of elderly people has increased at an annual rate of 8 million,and the shortage of health care facilities has become increasingly prominent,far from meeting the needs of the elderly.With the development of the city,many old factories are in an idle state and need to be revitalized.Coupled with the tense situation of urban land use,it provides an opportunity for the old factory area that was put on hold to be transformed into a healt care facility.Under such a background,this paper takes Jiange County of Guangyuan City as the research target,analyzes it under the trend of aging at home and abroad,and at the same time conducts research on the transformation process of health care factories and old-fashioned rehabilitation facilities at home and abroad.After combing,it is found that there are few theoretical studies on the transformation of old factory areas into health care facilities,and there is no complete theoretical knowledge and relevant norms for specific technical methods and transformation methods.Therefore,this paper transforms the old factory area into a healeh care facility as a research object,redefines the health care facilities and old factory areas to be studied,and explores the methods and techniques for transforming the old factory areas into health care facilities.First of all,the article analyzes the relevant domestic and international cases and the existing health care facilities in Jiange from the perspectives of functional layout,streamline organization and the transformation of indoor and outdoor space,and summarizes their references and areas for improvement;It was found that the location selection of the location was very important in the transformation process.Therefore,the analysis of the location selection of the six health care facilities reconstructed from the old factory area was carried out,and the five guidelines for location selection were explored.The most important one is It is necessary to continue the space vitality of the old factory;and based on the research on the techniques and methods for the renovation and renovation of the old factory,the principles,modes,methods and the characteristics of the old aging are summarized.Finally,the historical evolution of the Jiange and the relocation of the county are analyzed.As a result of the aging of the old city but the health care facilities are far from meeting the demand,the Xingwang Towel Factory was transformed into the Jiange Puan Health Care Garden as a practical project,as the theoretical application and exploration of the old factory area transformed into a health care facility.This paper hopes to transform the health care factory area into the theoretical research and practical application of the health care facilities,and provide a new direction for the transformation of the old factory area.It also provides a certain reference for the transformation of the old factory area to the health care facilities.I hope that this can be passed.The research of the class makes a little contribution to improving the quality of life of the elderly in the health care facilities,so that the elderly can be happy in the later years,and the young people can be expected in the future.
