With the rapid development of urbanization in China people have put forward higher demands for living environment, yearning for fresh air and beautiful natural environment.Under the condition of abundant original ecological resources,China plans to construct landscape design of mountain parks and continuously expand urban space, which not only enables urban residents to experience outdoor natural scenery and natural wilderness, but also alleviates the shortage of urban land.As an integral part of urban green space system and an important outdoor public space, urban mountain parks not only play an ecological role, but also play a key role in leisure and recreation of urban citizens and dissemination of social civilization.Nowadays, the construction of mountain parks has gradually become a hot topic in urban landscape design. Therefore, the primary problem facing the planning and design of mountain parks is based on the influence of topographic factors on landscape design.Because of the difference of terrain in different areas, the landscape planning of the park is different in the way of terrain treatment. In this paper,Lanzhou Mountain Park as the research object, according to the influence of topographic factors, how to rationally use the topographic environment, give full play to the topographic resources, follow the principle of landscape composition, build a unique mountain landscape and minimize ecological damage.Through the study on the construction of Lanzhou Mountain Park, this paper provides an important basis for improving and expanding the mountain park in the future, and also provides a theoretical reference for the future planning of Mountain Park in Northwest China.
