| Abstract:Among the cities in the northwest region of China, landscapes in engineering, relying on the natural conditions of mountain landscape, are quite abundant. Mountain park is important as a green city construction, not only improves the urban vegetation coverage, also it’s multiple-layered and gradation and city strewn at random discretion can mutual tolerance mutual echo, which is also an important part of urban landscape and cultural. Nowadays, on Mountain Park that not many scholars Study on Landscape Design of the system. To this end, this thesis taking TianFuSha Palace in Lanzhou, Gansu Province RenShou Mountain as the research object, combing regional landscape and cultural landscape means to conduct a comprehensive study. Researches indicate culture is geographical in nature and within a specific geographical area, the regional cultural landscape and the natural environment of the region echo harmonious,also the regional characteristic should not be ignored.In the development and construction of urban mountain scenic area in developed countries, there have been many excellent achievements. However, research in this field in our country is still in its growth stage. In the present reforming under the boom of our country’s city mountain scenic area, exploration for China’s urban construction of the actual city mountain scenic spot development and construction theory and practice are critical at the present stage. Most of the current City Mountain of China’s scenic spot designes are made by the Department of Urban Environmental Planning and the Department of Urban Sectors, and each performs its own functions, on the construction of project facilities and management of ecological environment as a whole. In the management process of two departments, coordination is difficult to achieve satisfactory effect, and phenomenons like Environmental Planning Department shall not pay enough attention to the phenomenon of landscape effects on the environment will arise.This article refers to the cases of a large number of both domestic and foreign, and landscape environment of RenShou Mountain were investigated on the spot. Related theories, such as spirit of regional culture, mountain landscape planning and design and regional scenical signage system are conducted, also an in-depth analysis of the landscape construction of related instances. The way how the regional culture performs in the landscape planning and design was carried out. Environmental renovation project of landscape planning and design of RenShou Mountain in Gansu province also were discussed. When the management process is coordinated by two departments is difficult to achieve satisfactory results, moreover there could appear environmental planning department effects for other environmental landscape projects.This research is made for a large number both domestic and international cases, based on an investigation made at the Renshou Moutain,"TianFuSha Palace" landscape. First, it should identify the original landscape irrational factors, the remediation process development who improve the existing ecological imbalance in order to help "Tianfusha Palace", who after many years of historical heritage with special form of Danxia surface morphology had lost large natural landscape for scientific recovery;Secondly, lots of articles were studied about the spirit of that place, also lots of people studied about the historical natural planning of the landscape, so all the visitors had spiritual connection and imagination about the local culture. So, the regional planning system it’s on research which is oriented for modern urban planning, this will bring a significant essence for city’s history. Finally, the article describes the overall effectiveness plan and design of Renshou Mountain "TianFuSha Palace", as well as the geographical and cultural plan and design reference of the same mountain and landscape. |
