D company as a multinational enterprise,enterprise's headquarters in the United States,to create more than 110 years ago,is one of the world's largest international automotive wiring harness system manufacturers,is a traditional world 500 strong enterprises.The company is currently one of the main suppliers of vehicle manufacturers in China,With the development of automobile industry is the new normal,especially in automotive production technology of continuous innovation,such as energy automotive technology development,the folk capital investment the increase of the proportion of new energy vehicles,and so on,lead to D company facing more and more fierce market competition,more and more severe challenges.In the present circumstances,how to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise market,how to do a good job of enterprise production and management,through building a scientific management system to reduce the production cost of enterprise,is very important for company D.Therefore,this article to D company production site management as the research object,D is auto parts manufacturing company,strengthen the production field management is an important way to improve its economic benefit,this paper mainly in literature research,found the problem and survey analysis,improve the idea,scheme and standardized method,etc.,to all aspects of D company production site management research,find out the D company present problems of the production site management,combined with the problems existing in the production of site management D company,put forward the optimization strategy of concrete,in order to build the new normal production site management system to adapt to the market.This study first base on the perspective of modern production management in this paper,the production of site management related theory,through the in-depth survey of D company production site management,analyze the D company in the problems in the process of production on-site management,once again,to counter the problem of D company in the production field management,according to the modern advanced production field management method,from the production site 5 s optimization,production site and production site abnormal downtime to reduce inventorymanagement three aspects put forward optimization measures.The research conclusion of this paper is: based on the problems existing in the production field management company D,combined with related theory is put forward:first,D company in the production field management to improve the level of production site of 5 s management,through total 5 s learning and the establishment of 5 s rewards and punishments measures to improve 5 s management;Second,D company should optimize the abnormal downtime in production management,build abnormal downtime by abnormal downtime classification statistics and upgrade process,to improve the abnormal outage management;Again,D company should improve the inventory management in production management way,by speeding up production on-site inventory data collection and analysis and on-site inventory ABC classification statistics,to improve the production field of inventory management;Can effectively solve the main problems in the three guarantees of D company production site management level gradually increase.And D company in order to keep the sustainable development of the future,need to standardized management,to strengthen the construction of organization and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture constantly improve these aspects.
