| Steel bridge deck pavement is one of the key technologies in the construction of long-span steel bridges.It is also recognized as a worldwide technical problem.On one hand,it is because of the special working environment and high requirements of steel bridge deck pavement.In terms of the construction technology and quality control level of the paving materials,it is difficult to apply the superior performance of the materials to the project without compromise.Epoxy asphalt concrete has good physical and mechanical properties and good follow ability with steel plates,especially for hot mix epoxy asphalt concrete(TAF).It has good controllability,high quality reliability,short maintenance time and no need.The special advantages of special construction equipment have made it gradually applied to the pavement of large span steel bridges.However,the construction of TAF hot mix epoxy asphalt pavement still needs to overcome the key quality risks that affect the construction quality factors and links and prevent the main diseases caused by “drums” and “dead materials”,and solve the requirements for construction organization and emergency support.High,demanding waterproofing and other issues.Therefore,studying the quality risk prevention and control measures of hot mix epoxy asphalt pavement has important engineering significance for improving the reliability of steel bridge deck pavement construction and ensuring construction quality.Based on the steel bridge deck pavement project of the main bridge of Daxie Second Bridge in Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province,this paper deals with the traditional construction methods of steel bridge deck hot mix epoxy asphalt pavement and the quality of traditional “drum kit” detection methods and management.Risks and malpractices,starting from the risk management positioning level of the “executive layer”,according to the risk categories of “unacceptable risk” and “static risk”,the TAF hot mix epoxy asphalt pavement is constructed after the construction process and construction is completed(The “man,machine,material,law,ring” and “person,technology,management,environment” factors of the maintenance phase,combined with the project characteristics of the project,epoxy asphalt construction characteristics,traditional construction methods,full-width paving construction new technology application And the five aspects of potential quality risks and quality control difficulties in the maintenance phase,such as identification and analysis,targeted research and summary of a series of countermeasures and quality risk prevention and control measures,creatively proposed and successfully implemented the "full-width paving construction" Construction technology and supporting quality control measures" and "infrared thermal imager inspection drum package technology" have greatly improved the overall construction of steel bridge deck pavement The amount of the main bridge and follow-up project has won valuable time,and achieved good results.The practice has proved that various quality risk prevention and control measures adopted by the steel bridge deck pavement of the main bridge of Datun Second Bridge and the application of full-width paving construction technology and infrared thermal imager detection of "drum kit" technology can improve hot mix epoxy asphalt The reliability and controllability of paving construction,reducing construction risks,improving construction quality and efficiency,shortening construction period and reducing construction costs,have significant economic and social benefits,and deserve further promotion. |
