| As China's long-span continuous orthotropic steel bridges'construction, steel bridge deck pavement life becomes the difficulties of long-span steel bridges' construction. For different combination of bridge deck pavement structures and material compositions,the formation and development degrees of bridge deck pavement' s diseases is also different, it is very important to simulate the effect of the vehicle load on the steel bridge deck pavement rationally and effectively. At the same time, it is of important significance that the accelerated loading test research according to steel bridge deck pavement is carried out for the analysis of long-span steel bridge bridge pavement surface force mechanism, the improvement of the bridge deck pavement design, and analysisof the reasons for its destruction.This test relies on the Pearl River in Guangzhou Huangpu Long Span Steel Box Girder Bridge. Anasys finite element software is used to establish the bridge pavement test model to analyze the load location and the impact of structural parameters of the bridge deck pavement structures, the changes of stress and strain variation in key load position of steel box bridge deck,to analyze the steel bridge deck pavement load bit of stress, strain variation to the different bridge deck thickness, different reinforcement ribs and diaphragm, and compare with the accelerated loading test results, which provide guidance for the design of the steel bridge deck pavementThe accelerated loading test used accelerated loading equipment-MMLS3 is carried out on four kinds of epoxy asphalt deck pavement structures, analyzes the deformation for different paving materials, different bridge deck thickness,and pavement surface layer, adhesive layer, the steel box girder bottom at different times under fatigue deformation, defines the relationship between the number of paving materials fatigue and deformation, proposes two kinds of paving materials steel deck pavement structure layer strain control targets. By changing the thickness of steel bridge deck to analyze the U.S. Epoxy Asphalt Pavement on the stress-strain relations, create the relationship between the number of fatigue and deformation of different thickness of pavement, proposes the pavement structure layer strain control indicators based on the thickness parameters of steel bridge panel, which provide reference for the design of steel box girder.Finally, according to the appearance after the accelerating load test,the paper analyzes the mechanism that some factors,such as the bridge structure parameters, pavement structure, pavement layer materials, environmental factors and so on,damage to bridge deck pavement. |
