Steel bridge deck pavement was the research hotspot and focus of transportation from the end of 20th century. It is complex on mechanical characteristics, in which is on orthotropic steel bridge deck. Moreover, because of deformation of the pavement and the effect of temperature and wheel load, steel bridge deck pavement is prone to crack, rutting, delaminate and shift.This paper analyses the mechanics performance by different position of wheel load in high and low temperature circumstance on steel bridge deck system by FEA. And inspect the performance of fiber epoxy rubber asphalt mixture by it as reference index.This research is focus on study the performance of fiber epoxy rubber asphalt mixture.. It analyses the causes of improving the performance of asphalt by fiber, epoxy resin and rubber powder. It effectively improves the three indexes of asphalt by adding rubber powder. When the proportion of rubber powder for asphalt is 20%, the three indexes are better. Meanwhile, it also analyses the mechanism of asphalt by epoxy resin. the epoxy of epoxy resin can react to the rubber thiol in epoxy rubber asphalt system. And it takes both advantages of epoxy resin and rubber by becoming macromolecular rubber network structure. Fiber has stability function in epoxy rubber asphalt mixture. It can improve the mixture's low-temperature tensile strength to prevent low temperature brittle crack. This paper gets the results of OAC from adding different proportion of fiber quantity tby the goal proportioning design method. When the quantity of polyester fiber is 0.3% of the mixture, mixture gets good performance.when adding fiber quantity is 0.3%, low temperature splitting strength 0.3% mixture's anti-crack intensity improved 31.3% than which do not add. Low-temperature anti-cracking performance gets better. And dynamic stability improves 44.2% so that it can improve anti-rutting performance. Moreover mixture's water seeping inspection and skeleton structure depth inspection index are both better, which confirms mixture waterproof and anti-sliding performances are better.Fiber epoxy rubber asphalt mixture is new materials of road. It has high strength, high or low-temperature stable performance, and so on. The proportion of adding epoxy resin is low than general epoxy asphalt and it add rubber powder so that it can greatly save the cost of project. It can also bring good economic and social benefits.
