The total number of buildings in China is large and the proportion of residential buildings is high.The energy consumption caused by residential buildings is huge.In addition,the unbalanced energy resource consumption mode and residential construction methods have led to problems such as high energy consumption and poor comfort of residential buildings.Residential energy-saving renovation design is an important part of achieving China's energy-saving emission reduction targets.Since the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” clearly stated the tasks and objectives of the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings,the “13th Five-Year Plan”period once again highlighted the arduous task of energy-saving renovation of old houses.After decades of development,building energy-saving technologies have gradually formed a charter.However,due to the large regional differences in China,the dominant influencing factors of building energy consumption under different climatic conditions will be different.Therefore,the energy-saving renovation of residential buildings presents complexity,and the traditional energy-saving transformation mode is increasingly prominent in the face of practical problems.At the same time,with the development and application of BIM technology,the quality of energy-saving design has been greatly improved,scientific analysis of the differences before and after energy-saving renovation,optimization of selection and resource allocation,so the combination of BIM technology and energy-saving renovation of old houses will be There will be important practical significance.This paper takes Nanjing as the research object,and the research foundation is based on the geographical environment of the city and the climate characteristics of winter and summer.The research and testing in the main text are carried out in a typical old residential case.The content of the research is mainly divided into the following six chapters:Chapter One :Introduction.The first chapter describes the preliminary work of the research,such as the background and significance,the status quo of the research,the differences in energy conservation research,the research content and methods,and the basic framework of the paper.The second chapter introduces the concept and standard of BIM technology,technology application innovation,how to work together with each BIM software,and expounds the BIM software and old residential energy-saving renovation design and application methods.The third chapter makes a thorough study on the regional climate characteristics and natural environment resources of Nanjing,and determines the definition of old houses,the energy consumption structure in the operation process and the factors affecting residential energy consumption.The theory studies the influence of building exterior structure,window-to-wall ratio,orientation design,and shading methods on old residential buildings,and summarizes the technical points of relevant regional energy-saving renovation.The fourth chapter mainly describes the application of BIM technology in the energy-saving renovation of old residential buildings in Nanjing.Select the specific residential case,measure,calculate and analyze the annual power consumption,indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity,and thermal comfort evaluation index PMV value,and apply the third chapter technical points to the actual project transformation.From the aspects of thermal insulation performance optimization of building exterior protection structure,optimization of window energy saving,optimization design of lighting and sunshade,etc.,the transformation effect and feasibility are analyzed,and the local materials quotation and government energy-saving renovation subsidy are combined to determine the transformation cost.,investment recovery period.The fifth chapter summarizes the research process as the way to design and apply guidance,mainly including four aspects : peripheral protection structure,window-to-wall ratio,orientation,and steam penetration.The sixth chapter concludes with a research outlook.
