| Along with our country building energy conservation work’s advancement,our country building has experienced the energy conservation 30%,the energy conservation50%,the energy conservation 65% journey.With the promulgation of the standard of75% energy saving in Shaanxi Province,the work of building energy saving in Shaanxi Province has made a great stride forward,so it is necessary to introduce passive ultralow energy buildings.Guanzhong area is located in the middle of Shaanxi Province,which is the most developed area in Shaanxi Province.This paper studies the passive ultra-low energy residential buildings from the outer wall and the outer window,and tries to provide some reference for passive ultra-low energy residential buildings in Guanzhong area.This paper is divided into the following parts: First of all,through reading the relevant literature,the concept of passive ultra-low energy consumption building is interpreted,and the development of energy saving is introduced.Secondly,this paper studies the theoretical basis and technical system of passive ultra-low energy consumption building.The main technical system includes the following aspects:(1)opaque enclosure structure with higher thermal insulation performance;(2)outer windows with higher thermal insulation performance and gas tightness performance;(3)design and construction of no thermal bridge;(4)high air tightness of the building as a whole;(5)high efficient fresh air heat recovery system;(6)full use of renewable energy.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the heat transfer theory of external walls and external window foundations of residential buildings,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the energy saving design strategy.Then,this paper focuses on the external walls and windows of the building in two parts of the passive ultra-low energy consumption building technology system.In this paper,6 kinds of the most commonly used construction methods are listed,and the effects of the least energy consumption and the thickness of insulation layer on the energy consumption of the building are discussed.Finally,the energy saving analysis of the existing passive ultra-low energy consumption demonstration building in Guanzhong area is carried out,and the heat insulation performance of the building is verified by the simulation analysis of condensation and the calculation analysis of the inner surface temperature.It is hoped that this paper can provide some references for the energy-saving design of the envelope of passive ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in Guanzhong area and even Shaanxi Province. |
