A Research On The History And Status Quo Of Bon Zuohai Monastery In Amdo

The transformation of Zuohai Monastezy from a sectarian monastery to a temple with both visible and secret practices in its early stage was a turning point in the development of Andobenism.Within five hundred years after the establishment of Zuohai Monastery,Zuohai Monastery did not form a living Buddha system and a Kampuchea system.The monastery was inherited and presided over by the family.Afterwards,Zuohai Monastery was influenced by the reincarnation system of living Buddha,and Zuohai Monastery also formed three reincarnation systems of living Buddha.This study uses the method of literature and field evidence to shape the historical context of Ganjia Zuohai Monastery.The full text is divided into three parts:introduction,main content and conclusion.The introduction introduces the purpose,significance,materials and methods of this study on the basis of reviewing the research history.The main part is divided into four chapters:Chapter 1:The formation and history of Ganja region.On the origin of Ganja people's ancestry,this paper makes a textual research and summary of the Zhuo clan and Wei clan's stay in Ando area after the civil strife in Tubo period.The second chapter is about the historical context of Zuohai Monastery and Zuohai Village.The origin of Ze clan was systematically studied and sorted out,and the role of Zuohai Monastery in the history of Andobenzism was investigated.Chapter three is about the relationship between Zuohai Monastery and its surrounding areas.The influence of Zuohai Temple in its heyday and the relationship between the surrounding areas are analyzed.Chapter four is about the social function of Haisi Temple.This paper reviews the land control of Zuohai Village and the communication relationship between contemporary celebrities through the field,and describes the social status and role of Zuohai Monastery.The research shows that the development of Zuohai Monastery was influenced by some policies at that time and the choice of its own broadcasting path.The above factors also contributed to the cultural characteristics of Benzenism in Gannan.
