Design And Realization Of Vital Signs Monitoring System Based On ARM

Inkjet printers are widely used in the field of trademarks,QR codes,and barcodes because of their lightness,higher-speed,and low-cost With the expansion of the application,Inkjet printers have been widely used in other fields like clothing.This paperis to develop a cost-effective inkjet printer with a custom function of monochrome.The following is the content of this paper:Hardware part:The system is mainly used Samsung's S3C2440 micro-controller and the Saar's XJ128 nozzle.The main modules are control circuits,power circuits and input-output circuits.In details,the control part includes subdivision circuit,encoder circuit,storage circuit,temperature sensor circuit and etc.The power supply circuit includes switching power supply,DC/DC and etc.The output-input circuit has a display circuit,USB,SD card,serial port,and etc.And more,cadence is used to optimize the PCB of the printer,including component layout and impedance matching.For the high-speed circuit part of the printer hardware platform,Sigrity was applied to the corresponding pre-simulation and post-simulation.The simulation results confirmed the design integrity.Software part:The system software is adopted Windows CE 5.0 operating system.This system can perform multi-threaded and multi-user execution operations.The BSP is developed and optimized based on the hardware,and the kernel image is fragmented.Finally,in order to support the development of relevant application layer software,the relevant image files of the printer system can be exported by SDK.The designed printer is a DOD inkjet printer with better printing effect and resolution.And more,it support dot matrix font,QR code and barcode and etc.Furthermore,it's printing speed has reached 150m/min.At the same time,the character height range is between 1.0 and 70m.We can conclude that this design performance has reached the user's requirements.It is a full-featured,widely applicable,high-stability,low-cost inkjet printer.
