With the development of electrical equipment,the power supply as core of electrical equipment is more flexible and diverse,and tends to be high-power miniaturization.Switching power supplies have been widely used in various fields due to its large power,small size and high efficiency.For some special domains such as underwater robots,aerospace,medical,domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of researches to improve the efficiency of power supply.However,there exist problems such as large switching loss,high return power,and large current ripple.So the circuit of high-power switching power supply is of great significance.Firstly,described the researches of high-power switching power supplies at domestic and abroad,analyzed and summarized the current application fields of high-power switching power.Analyzed and modular designed the overall structure of the high-power switching power.Then researched and compared the common structure of circuit.Secondly,designed a Bi-directional DC-DC converter circuit,used a new type of gallium nitride device to replace the traditional switching,reduced switching loss;moved the AC side inductor to the DC side,the inductor current will always be positive electrode,eliminating reflux power.Optimized the design method of high-frequency transformer.It introduced the skin factor,proximity factor and small air gap parameters into the transformer design to obtain more accurate leakage inductance parameters under high-frequency working conditions of the transformer.Finally,based on the theory of topological circuit design,used MATLAB to model and simulate.Through the analysis of the waveform,it is proved that the designed high-power switching power supply topology circuit can achieve high-power output,and reduce the switching loss,return power and current ripple.And made a 30 KW laboratory prototype,tested and verified the experimental waveforms.It demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed circuit.Figure 49;Table 4;Reference 57...
