With the rapid development of economy,environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,which attracts more and more attention.Cooking fume is one of the important causes of air deterioration.The high-voltage static degreasing and fuming device is widely used in daily life because it has high efficiency,no secondary pollution,a large amount of smoke per unit time,and a low cost.However,the high-voltage high-frequency power switch in the high-voltage static degreasing device is very important for the normal operation of the instrument.To meetcustomers'requirements,a set of dedicated high-voltage high-frequency switching power supplies was designed for a high-voltage electrostatic smoke-removing device at a medium-sized hotel in Baoding.The paper focused on the three processes of corona discharge,oil smoke charging and fume particle movement that affect the purification efficiency of oil fume.The parameters of the single body electric field box of the high-voltage electrostatic degreasing device are determined:the size is 500mm×480mm×400mm,the processing air volume is 2000 m~3/h,and the zigzag type electricity is used Halo is a pre-discharge electrode,and the parallel thin aluminum plate is a fume-removal electrode and 30 smoke-collecting smoke plates.The design parameters of the switching power supply according to the customer's requirements were determined:input voltage:220 V,50 Hz,output voltage:adjustable from 6 to 10 kV(soot charged electric field voltage),adjustable from 10 to 20 kV(precharged electric field Voltage).Input current:0~2.7 A.Output current:0~4 mA,0~1mA.Rated output power:600W.Switching frequency:50 kHz.Ambient temperature:-40°C~60°C.The circuit design of high voltage and high frequency power was completed by Altium Designer software,and the circuit was simulated by Multisim and Saber,the results of the tests were favorable.The main circuit of the power supply was designed as follows:The filter rectifier circuit capacitor adopts 0.33?F film capacitor and 3000 pF ceramic capacitor.The filter circuit consists of four full-bridge rectifier circuits composed of 5 A/1000 V diodes and680?F/450 V electrolysis capacitor.Half-bridge converter circuit switch is IFRP460(500V/12 A).Driver circuit of conversion circuit consists of two B772 and two D882 transistors.High-frequency transformers using soft ferrite as magnetic core,The number of turns and the cross-sectional area of the primary side are 16 and 1.25 mm~2,respectively.The number of turns and the cross-sectional area of the secondary side are 600 and 0.23 mm~2,respectively.The control part circuit is divided into three parts:The PWM control part adopts SG3525 chip;The one-chip computer control part adopts HEF4051B and STC11F02E;The feedback circuit part adopts 74HC00.This design realizes the integration,digitization and miniaturization of the power supply.Through electrostatic laboratory testing,the power supply developed fully meets the requirements of the customers.
