Research On The Development And Utilization Of Open Space In The Rural Area From The Perspective Of General Public Activities In Guangzhou

The open space in the village has a close relationship with people’s activities and carries the public activities and life of the surrounding inhabitants.The open space in the village is a kind of spatial order composed of the environment construction,these environment constructions are orderly arranged and combined in which and mutually interact with the user in the long-term.In the face of the current social concern for rural life,production and other aspects,open space plays an crucial role in improving the quality of life of residents.This thesis is based on the rural open space,which mainlytalks about the relationship between open space and people’s daily activities as well a s the necessary environment construction for communication.By investigating on the spot,we can explore the relationship between rural open space and people’s activities for the purpose of taking advantage of active and effective way to improve the rural space vitality.Also it is helpful to optimize the use of functions and improve the use of value,thinking about how to better improve the use of open space in rural areas.This thesis mainly includes four parts.The first part is a general introduction about research of open space at home and abroad.By hackling,inducing and summarizing some literature,open space planning and construction model can be divided into nine models such as opportunistic model,population standard model,park system network model,garden city model,regional morphological pattern,landscape-related model,ecological design pattern,landscape protection model,biosphere conservation model.According to the relevant literature,the domestic research is divided into sixcategories: literature review,protecting and planning and designing,project practice analysis,investigation and research,objective law research and spatial pattern evolution.And the n introduce the worthy case.The second part is the definition about generalpublic activities,the rural area,open space according to the relevant theoretical research.Therefore the open space feature can be concluded six: openness,continuity,spatial uncertainty,functional diversity,accessibility and popularity in accordance with the relevant literature and case,and give the corresponding explanation.In the third part,through the field investigation,Menghuabu village which is beautiful and Langtou village which stands for history and culture are chose as the research object.The open space is divided into the center of square,the center of water andthe center of greenbelt to analyze the space element,applying the Post-Occupancy Evaluation(PO E)including the interview method,questionnaire method and observation method to investigate the usage situation of the rural open space and by comparative analysis to summarize their own characteristics,advantages and disadvantages.The fourth part combined with the relevant theory and practice to sum up the principle and strategy of rural open space planning and construction,and summed up the principleasactingaccording to actual circumstances,humane principle,functional compound principle,safety princ iple and holistic principle.Then summed up the strategy as a whole and hierarchical planning and design,the site of the continuation of the context andstrengthening characteristics,the introduction of activities,activate the water system,playing the theme of the dotted effect of the sketch,building facade decoration,space interspersed and functional conversion and space regeneration.
