Ship noise will not only cause in serious damage of ship structure,but also affect the normal using of all kinds of instruments and equipment in the ship.Besides that it also influences the ship crew's physiology and psychology health and the ship's concealment,safety,comfort and reliability.For a long time,both classification and the owner,maritime organization and countries for the effects of ship noise more and more attention,especially carrying with the <<noise levels on board>> MSC.337(91)of enforcement,with applicable rules of early evaluation of ship cabin noise and noise control technology research has become the important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper studies the use of statistical energy analysis to forecast the cabin noise and the noise reduction in the forecasted cabin.The main research work is as follows:(1)The main provisions,specific requirements and applicable conditions of msc.337(91)are introduced.(2)In this thesis,it will based on statistical energy analysis method,regards 61000 bulk carrier as the research object,VA One model is set up by using the finite element data of engine room and accommodation.According to the actual situation,set up the model parameters of all kinds of material,cotton,ground dressing of stiffened plate,insulation,etc.Add the plates below the hull model to outboard water conditions.According to the settlement plan to establish the model of cabin and air volume of the cabin,the testing result on the measurement of sound absorption coefficient of the typical cabin input air volume model,the complete absorption loss factor set.(3)Analysis of the main noise source model,using the empirical formula to air sound pressure level and structure of the main noise sources,to add noise source and vibration source load to the statistical energy analysis model,using the statistical energy analysis method for the ship cabin noise radiation noise prediction research,getting the ship cabin interior noise distribution;Determine the cabin noise levels and then based on the sound absorption,sound insulation and vibration reduction technology such as noise control technology to the cabin noise Para-normal take different noise reduction measures,through the simulation calculation and verification,the effect of the noise reduction to determine the best noise reduction scheme,take the provider of applicable rules of the noise levels on board ships noise design for reference.(4)In research vessel during sea trials,the measured data were obtained through the measurement on board,compare the forecast value and the measured value,the author analyzes the reasons of difference,come to the conclusion that not considering the noise of air duct effects and all kinds of material and the parameters of the noise source of the error between the theoretical value and practical value.The value is in some room the main reason for the deviation is larger the forecast value and the measured values.The improved method is found by induction and analysis,and the accuracy of noise prediction is improved.At the same time,the direction and main work of future research are also clarified,so as to improve the data accumulation of the related data.
