According to the United States a new generation of stealth warship DDG-1000as theobject of study, using statistical energy analysis method, forecast analysis and optimizationdesign of typical ship cabin noise. Effects of vibration isolator for cabin noise is studied, theeffects of different parameters and laying mode damping material on the cabin noise, giventhe different combination modes of damping material and the optimal combination mode. Themain work is as follows:First, expounds the classification and transmission of ship noise, introduces theadvantages and disadvantages of the cabin noise research situation at home and abroad as wellas the different method of predicting cabin noise, introduces the related knowledge ofstatistical energy analysis method.Second, introduces the modeling method of statistical energy analysis, and according tothe characteristics of DDG-1000hull structure, set up the geometric model of hull structure,and then assigned to its physical properties, mesh division, establish the analysis model offinite element model of the hull structure and statistical energy. Application of statisticalenergy analysis method to complete the initial a work cabin noise, sound pressure, soundpressure curves are images and sound pressure level. At the same time for the ship noisecontrol are outlined, including noise, noise source cabin noise control, noise control andpersonal protection ship approaches the knowledge.Third, it expounds the classification of vibration isolation system, method ofmeasurement and evaluation of measurement scheme of air noise and structure noise isfloating raft isolation device and noise, introduces the research content of floating rafttechnology. According to the noise optimization of existing vibration experiment data used inDDG-1000, the sound pressure level changes before and after isolation cabin are given.Comparison across the gap of sound pressure level before and after the vibration of cabin,give effect of vibration isolator on the ship cabin noise.Fourth, introduces the basic principle of damping, by means of statistical energy analysismethod, mainly using damping material for the sound pressure level of the ship cabin noise ofship and typical cabin. The influence of different laying mode, damping material laying different position, different laying area are discussed, and the influence of thickness and lossfactor of the damping material; and the optimization of different combination of multilayerdamping material combinations of noise reduction. Damping material is dispersed in quality,hull vibration, can not ignore the laying of damping material quality effect on noise reductioneffect.
